Many people tell us we are predestined to fail and are not good enough. Many loved ones have taken advantage of us and have blindsighted us. It makes sense that we are unsure of who we are. People have already determined that for us. At Internal Insights, we believe in something different.

We are here for those who are ready to define themselves on their terms. We achieve this by asking and being a safe place where you can explore who you want to be. Our focus is on individuals aged 18 and older, guiding them on a journey to discover their internal insights to embrace their authentic selves.

 

We specialize in trauma, perfectionism, 1st/2nd immigrants and refugees, addictions, ADHD, and anyone who never felt as though they fit in. 

We are located virtually; all over Texas. Join us as we navigate the depths of your inner world together, uncovering the strength and clarity to be who YOU choose to be.
